This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, subscriptions, refunds, and billing for all Hexanai services.

Important Notices

  • •By subscribing to Hexanai services, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment Policy.
  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with failed or disputed payments.
  • •Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
  • •For Enterprise and EXCLUSIVE tier customers, custom payment terms may be negotiated.
  • •All prices and terms are subject to the laws and regulations of Switzerland.

Payment Methods

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay.
  • PayPal payments are accepted for all subscription tiers.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported for mobile payments.
  • All payment information is processed securely through PaySecure, our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.
  • We do not store your full credit card details on our servers - all card data is tokenized and encrypted.
  • Bank transfers (IBAN) are NOT accepted for payments.

Subscription Terms

  • All subscriptions are billed on a 14-month cycle, paid upfront at the time of subscription.
  • The Explorer plan includes a 3-day free trial period. Your payment method will be charged after the trial ends unless cancelled.
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You will receive a reminder email 14 days before your subscription renewal.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice to existing subscribers.

Currency and Taxes

  • Prices are displayed in CHF and EUR. Payment will be processed in your selected currency.
  • All prices are VAT-exempt.
  • No additional taxes will be added to your invoice at checkout.
  • Exchange rates for currency conversion are determined by your payment provider.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only within the first 14 days from the date of subscription.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Hexanai@pm.me.
  • Refund requests must include your account email, subscription details, and reason for refund.
  • After the 14-day period, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription after the 14-day period.
  • The 3-day free trial for Explorer plan allows you to evaluate our services before commitment.
  • Refund processing takes 5-10 business days after approval.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of the paid period.
  • Data retention after cancellation is subject to our Data Protection policy.

Payment Security

  • All transactions are protected with 4drinary encryption technology.
  • We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all payment communications.
  • Our payment processors are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
  • Two-factor authentication is available for additional account security.
  • We monitor all transactions for fraudulent activity to protect our customers.

Invoicing

  • Invoices are generated automatically upon successful payment.
  • All invoices are available for download in your account dashboard.
  • Invoices include itemized charges, applicable taxes, and payment details.
  • Business customers can request customized invoices with purchase order numbers.
  • Invoice disputes must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date.
